Eye Exams

Annual eye exams must be an integrated and routine part of your annual health exams. If you want to retain optimal vision or prevent your refractive vision problems from worsening, you must go for regular eye examinations. Pack and Bianes Vision Care Optometry provides comprehensive eye exams that monitor your eye health over extended periods, allowing us to diagnose and treat vision problems at the earliest stage.

Eye Exams

Pack and Bianes Vision Care Optometry offers some of the most fashionable and current designer frames in Terra Nova. We discuss your expectations, aesthetic interests, and lifestyle to recommend the ideal glasses to match your personality. Our optometrists also run eye tests to recommend the best types of lenses and lens treatments for your long term eye health. Our selection of lenses includes polycarbonate, high-index plastic, anti-reflective coating, multifocal, transitions, polarized lenses, and more.

Contact Lenses

Contact lenses are ideal for those who want to correct their blurry vision without wearing visible glasses. Pack and Bianes Vision Care Optometry provides a streamlined procedure for contact lenses — our optometrists administer the relevant eye tests, provide prescriptions, recommend the ideal contact lens types, and automate the reordering process. We also carry all kinds of contact lenses, including soft, rigid, multifocal, toric, and colored contact lenses.

LASIK Consultation

Lasik surgery is the ideal treatment for those ready to say goodbye to glasses and contact lenses forever. Lasik is a surgical procedure that modifies the shape of your cornea, corrects your refractive errors, and immediately restores perfect 20/20 vision. During the Lasik consultation at Terra Nova, our optometrists review your medical history and eye tests to determine if you’re suitable for Lasik.

Vision Problems

Eye Care

Eye problems are extremely common, and they become even more common as you start aging. Most eye conditions are chronic, i.e., they worsen with time. For example, age-related macular degeneration and cataracts gradually worsen until they lead to possible blindness. Most eye conditions can be treated or cured, but only if you seek treatment at an early stage. At Pack and Bianes Vision Care Optometry, our optometrists run routine eye tests to observe the slightest anomalies or changes in your eye health, identifying and treating potential eye problems before they worsen. Our skilled and exceptional team of optometrists helps you maintain optimal eye health for your entire life.

COVID-19 Update:

Dear Patient,
We are pleased to announce that the California Department of Public Health has given us permission to resume full scope eye care, including preventative care and postponed exams.

At Total Vision Care, the health of our patients, doctors, and associates is our top priority. We are taking precautions to ensure the safety of our community.

Health and safety protocols we are taking:

  • All visits are by appointment to ensure social distancing. This includes picking up of glasses/contact lenses, adjustments on glasses, and ordering new products.
  • Patients are asked to arrive to their appointment alone and notify us from your vehicle once you arrive (a parent/guardian may accompany a minor and a family member/caretaker may assist a senior). Please call the office and someone will greet you at the door.
  • Prior to your entry a team member will take your temperature, provide you with hand sanitizer and ask you a series of questions regarding your health and possible COVID-19 exposure. Our team members are all subject to these same screening protocols.
  • All doctors, associates, and patients must wear masks.
  • Our team sterilizes all equipment and surfaces after every patient and disinfects all frames prior to placing them back on display.

What we ask of patients:

  • If you have any of the following symptoms, you must reschedule your appointment for a future date: Fever, fatigue, cough, shortness of breath, gastro-intestinal symptoms (diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, or stomach pains), recent loss of smell or taste.
  • Please bring a mask which must be worn in our facilities at all times.
  • Your patience in adhering to new safety protocols.
  • Please feel welcome to communicate any questions that you have to your Total Vision Care practice associates.

In addition, we will continue to monitor CDC, WHO, governmental, and optometric associations guidelines and make changes as appropriate to protect our community. Thank you so much for your continued support of our practices. We appreciate your patience throughout this process and for trusting us with your eyecare needs.
